Fruity Toast

 




Ingredients:

6 slices whole wheat bread
6 Tbsp low fat, whipped cream cheese
3 cups fruit, sliced, such as banana, peaches kiwi or berries

Directions:

Toast Bread. Spead each slice with 1 tablespoon cream cheese. Top with 1/2 cup fruit.


Yield: 6 slices
Serving Size: One slice provides 1 oz grain and 1/2 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at snack.
