Frozen Pineapple Cranberry Salad

 

Ingredients:

1 16 oz. can whole cranberries
1 20 oz. can crushed (in juice) pineapple
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:

Mix all ingrediets together and freeze. Take out of freezer at least 1/2 hour before serving.


Yield: 4 cups
Serving Size: 1/2 cup salad is 1/2 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at breakfast/snack. 1/4 cup salad is 1/4 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at lunch/dinner.
