Bake turkey breast according to package directions. Cut turkey into strips to be used later. In non-stick skillet, saute onions and bell peppers in oil until tender. Fold pita in half. Fill with 1 tablespoon of ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup vegetable mixture and 1-1/2 oz. of turkey breast.
Yield: 6 gyros
Serving Size: 1 gyro is 1 oz grain, 1/4 cup vegetable and 1.5 oz meat/meat alternate for a 3-5 year old for lunch/supper.
