Mix dry ingredients in bowl. In a different bowl, beat eggs. Add egg whites and mix slowly; be careful not to over mix. Stir in molasses, oil and milk. Pour milk mixture into dry ingredients, stir. Bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle.
Yield: 7 pancakes
Serving Size: One pancake is a grain serving for a 3-5 year old for breakfast.
