Cinnamon Twirlies

 

Ingredients:

3 cups diced apple(s)
3 soft whole-wheat 8" tortilla(s)
3 Tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Dice apples and microwave for 3-5 minutes, or until fork tender. Spread tortillas with cream cheese. Add diced apple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll tortilla tightly and cut into 6 peices per wrap.


Yield: 18 twirlies
Serving Size: 3 twirlies is 0.5 oz grain and one (1/2 cup) fruit for a 3-5 year old at breakfast
