Heat oil in large skillet on medium/high heat. Add onions, broccoli, peppers, Italian seasoning; cook for 5 minutes or until broccoli and onions are tender. Add beans and cooked pasta, and cook until beans and pasta are heated through. Add cheese and stir to combine.
Yield: 4 1/2 cups
Serving Size: 3/4 cups provides 0.5 grain, 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
