Summer Fruit Salad

 

Ingredients:

2 c. cubed watermelon
2 c. quartered strawberries
2 c. grapes
4 peeled and cubed kiwi
1 c. blueberries

Directions:

Gently mixed fruit pieces together and serve. Optional: garnish each plate with 3 red raspberries!


Yield: 8 cups
Serving Size: 1/2 cup salad is 1/2 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at breakfast/snack. 1/4 cup salad is 1/4 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at lunch/dinner.
