Watermelon Pizza

 




Ingredients:

6 wedges, approximately 1 inch thick by 3 inches wide at rind, watermelon
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
3/4 cup blueberries

Directions:

Top each watermelon slice with 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons blueberries.


Yield: 6 watermelon pizzas
Serving Size: 1 slice is 0.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 1/2 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at snack.
