Frozen Strawberries with Yogurt

 




Ingredients:

4 cups (1 quart) strawberries
1 1/2 cups (12 oz) any flavor greek yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)

Directions:

Slice strawberries in half. Place on baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours. Coat each frozen strawberry half with the yogurt, using a spoon to dip them.


Yield: 3 cups
Serving Size: 1/2 cup strawberries and 1/4 cup yogurt provides 0.5 oz meat/meat alternate and 1/2 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at snack.
