On medium heat in large saucepan saute onions until tender. Add beans, garlic, cumin, and salt,simmer about 10 minutes.
Add salsa and cheese, mix well. Remove from heat.
To assemble: lay out the tortillas. Spread 1/2 cup bean mixture down the middle of each tortilla. Roll up and cut in half and serve.
Yield: 12 wraps
Serving Size: 2 wraps provide 1 oz grain and 1/2 cup vegetables ofr a 3-5 year old at breakfast.
