Gooey Towers

 




Ingredients:

3/4 cup nut or peanut butter
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
12 whole grain crackers
6 Tbsp raisins

Directions:

1. In a bowl, stir the celery and nut butter until well mixed.
2. To assemble, lay crackers in a row. Place about 2 tablespoons of the nut butter mixture on each cracker and top with 1/2 tablespoon of raisins.


Yield: 12 towers
Serving Size: 2 towers is a 0.5 oz grain and 0.5 oz MMA for a 3-5 year old at snack.
