1. Spread waxed paper or plastic wrap on work surface.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the mustard and honey.
3. Spread butter on the top side of each slice of bread. Flip the bread over and spread the mustard on the other side. Set aside three of the bread slices.
4. On the remaining bread slices, stack two slices of cheese, the apple slices and the turkey. Top the turkey with the reserved bread slices, mustard side down, buttered side up.
5. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sandwiches to pan and cook until browned and cheese melts, about 2 minutes on each side. To serve cut in half.
Yield: 6 sandwich halves
Serving Size: 1 sandwich is 2 oz grain, 2 oz meat/ meat alternate for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
