Broccoli Slaw Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1/2 of a 12 oz package broccoli slaw
1/2 cup assorted (grapes, chopped apples or mandarin oranges) fruit
to taste - dry ramen noodles or rice noodles
prepared oriental or sesame salad dressing

Directions:

Toss together broccoli slaw with the fruit. Add noodles. Toss with the dressing just before serving.


Yield: 3 cups
Serving Size: 1/4 cup salad is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
