1. Peel bananas, and cut each banana in half lengthwise and then crosswise.
2. Heat nonstick skillet on medium-low, add brown sugar, apple juice and butter to pan, cook until mixture begins to bubble, about 3 minutes.
3. Add bananas, flat side down, to pan and cook until bananas begin to soften, about 2 minutes.
4. To assemble, place 4 slices of banana into each bowl or cup. Top with 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup granola.
Yield: 6 parfaits
Serving Size: 1 parfait is 0.5 oz meat/meat alternate, 1 oz grain and 1/2 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at breakfast.
