Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add vegetables; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Return pork to skillet and add stir fry sauce. Stir until pork and vegetables are coated with sauce and hot.
Yield: 6 servings
Serving Size: One serving (1/6 of recipe) is 1.5 oz meat/meat alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
