Toast nuts in small pan over medium heat until fragrant. Cool.
Combine arugula and pear in a salad bowl, add nuts then dress the salad with lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper. Top salad with cheese crumbles. Divide into 6 salad servings.
Yield: 6 salads
Serving Size: 1 salad is 1.5 oz meat/meat alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper
