Roast Beef Wraps

 

Ingredients:

3 large flour tortilla(s)
1/3 c. vegetable herb cream cheese or ranch dressing
4 oz. thinly sliced roast beef
5 oz. thinly sliced cheese
spinach or lettuce leaves, optional
1/2 c. chopped or shredded carrots, green pepper, zucchini vegetables

Directions:

Place tortilla flat on a piece of plastic wrap. Spread with dressing or cream cheese. Layer meat, cheese and vegetables on top of dressing. Roll up tortilla and seal with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve with additional ranch dressing if desired. Cut each tortilla roll up in half.


Yield: 6 wrap halves
Serving Size: 1 wrap half is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 1 oz grain for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
