Cut each potato into 8 - 12 wedges. Toss with oil and seasoning. Spread in shallow pan and bake until tender, 20 - 30 minutes at 450 degrees or 35 - 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
Yield: 3 cups
Serving Size: 1/4 cup fries is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
