1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup dry quinoa
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cups diced pear(s)
In medium sauce pan, bring water and quinoa to a boil.
Add salt and brown sugar, then cover, reduce heat to a simmer.
Simmer until water is absorbed, and quinoa is tender, about 12-15 minutes.
Once cooked,fold in chopped fruit.
