1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. margarine
6 c. fortified high fiber (bite sized shredded wheat or toasted oat ring) cereal
1/2 c. raisins
Heat oven to 250 degrees F. Put peanut butter and margarine in a 13 x 9 inch pan and place in oven for 5 minutes to melt. Remove from oven and stir until smooth. Slowly add cereals. Stir until all pieces are coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Add raisins and toss. Spread on waxed paper or brown paper bags to cool. Store in an airtight container.
