Ingredients:
3/4 lb. extra lean hamburger
3/4 c. thawed corn
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 (12-15 inch) uncooked pizza crust
1 1/2 c. Co-Jack shredded cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a large nonstick skillet brown meat over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Stir corn, barbecue sauce and green onions into the meat; heat through. Place prepared pizza crust on baking sheet. Pre-bake for 6 minutes if crisper crust is desired. Spoon meat mixture over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
