Cauliflower Au Gratin
1/4 cup au gratin is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
1 large head or 1 1/4 lbs. cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) can cheese soup
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. margarine
Clean and trim fresh cauliflower. Rinse and drain. Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Place cauliflower in rapidly boiling water and cook until tender. Drain. Place cauliflower in buttered baking pan. Cover with cheese soup. Combine bread crumbs and paprika and sprinkle over sauce. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
