1/2 cup is 1/4 cup grain and 1/4 cup fruit at lunch/supper.

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked pasta
2/3 c. vanilla yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. halved red grapes
3/4 c. halved green grapes
1 medium sliced banana(s)
1 c. diced apple(s)
1 c. diced pear(s)
Directions:
In small bowl stir together nutmeg and yogurt; set aside.
In large bowl gently stir together cooked pasta and all remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle dressing over salad. Serve immediately.
