2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. water
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. tomato paste
In a large non-stick skillet, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender crisp, about 15 minutes.
