16 refrigerator biscuits
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
16 (1/2 oz.) slices mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. vinegar
1 (10.5 oz.) can tomato soup
Brown ground beef draining excess fat. Add remaining ingredients except biscuits and cheese. Simmer to blend flavors. Press one biscuit into a muffin tin, covering the bottom and the sides. Fill with meat mixture. Place a slice of cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes until crusts are brown.
