1 (16 oz.) can black beans
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. vinegar
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Drain black beans. Add beans, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper and vinegar to food processor and blend. Place bean mix in serving bowl and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Serve with tortilla, whole grain tortilla chips, crackers or fresh veggies.
