Egg Pea Salad
1/4 cup salad is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch /supper
2 c. drained, uncooked peas
1 hard boiled egg(s)
1 1/2 tsp. pickle relish
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
Combine ingredients and chill before serving.
