Four wedges is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/dinner.

48 potato wedges
Ingredients:
4 scrubbed and dried baking potato(es)
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. paprika or choice of seasoning
Directions:
Cut each potato into 12 wedges. Toss with oil and seasoning. Spread in shallow pan and bake until tender, 20 - 30 minutes at 450 degrees F. or 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
