Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) jar of chunky style salsa
1 1/2 c. water
1 (7 oz.) package uncooked elbow macaroni
4 oz diced or shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in salsa and water. Bring to boil, stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 - 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add cheese; stir until melted.
