2 lbs. cubed beef brisket meat
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed thyme
2 c. beef broth
3 c. diced potato(es)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
2 c. sliced carrot(s)
Place the vegetables into the crockpot followed by the meat. Sprinkle flour, salt, pepper and thyme over the beef and vegetables, and then pour in the beef broth. Stir the broth around a little and let cook on low for 10 hours until potatoes and meat are soft. Stir after finished cooking and serve.
