Ingredients:
1 (12-15 inch) uncooked pizza crust
8 egg(s)
4 oz. cooked, crumbled sausage
1 tomato, cored and thinly sliced, optional
4 oz. shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pizza crust 8 - 10 minutes until lightly browned. While crust is baking, scramble eggs until moist, not dry. Spread scrambled eggs over crust. Top with sausage, tomato and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 12 wedges.
