Ingredients:

1 flour
1 c. lowfat milk
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 (14-15 oz.) can pizza sauce
16 oz. shredded pizza cheese
cooked ground beef, optional
chopped onions, pepper mushrooms, black olives, optional
Directions:
Mix together eggs, flour, milk, salt and oil; set aside. In the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan pour pizza sauce. Sprinkle sauce with desired pizza toppings and sprinkle the cheese over the top. Pour the flour and egg mixture evenly over the pizza. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cut into 10 pieces.
