Ingredients:
2 cups cooked ring macaroni
2 cups shredded carrot(s)
1/2 cup sliced green olives
2 cups diced ham
1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place macaroni in a bowl; add carrots, green olives and ham. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl. Fold prepared dressing into the macaroni mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
