1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper
1 1/2 cups drained corn
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup crushed whole grain corn chips
Brown meat, onion and pepper in a skillet; drain. Add corn, salsa, Cheddar cheese and pepper. Spray a 10 inch pie plate with non-stick vegetable spray. Place meat mixture in pie plate; top with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
