Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breast
1 1/4 cup whole grain pasta
1 cup broccoli
2 cups chopped tomato(es)
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. ground oregano
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Heat olive oil over medium heat in skillet. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Add spices and lemon juice to oil. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink inside. Add vegetables to chicken and cook until they are tender. Add vegetable and chicken mixture to pasta.
