1 head of cauliflower
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tumeric
Pre-heat oven at 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Trim the cauliflower and cut into small, even bite-sized florets.
In large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower with with olive oil, salt and turmeric.
Place cauliflower on single layer of baking pan. Roast about 20 minutes or until cauliflower is browed and crunchy.
