1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup florets broccoli
1/4 of a medium onion
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg(s)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Chop the broccoli, onion, spinach and mushrooms until they fit well into your food processor. Process them until they are well incorporated and finely minced.
Combine ground turkey, veggies, bread crumbs, egg, and spices into a bowl. Shape meatballs with your mixture and arrange them on a baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes
