1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. blueberries
1 cup cubed apple(s)
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
In a large bowl, mix together the strawberries, blueberries and apples and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for two minutes or until thickened slightly. Allow to cool.
Spoon glaze over fruit.
