3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 beaten egg(s)
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. oil
1 8 oz. carton fruit yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)
Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl; make a well in the center. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Stir yogurt mixture into flour mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
