We all loved this dish, even my pickiest eater ate it and wanted seconds. This would be a good one to make the night before and heat the next day.

The children at first were not sure about it. I told them that it was just like tacos (which they love). I told them that it had taco meat in it and soft taco shells and once they ate it they all asked for seconds.
