I used a can of fire roasted tomatoes instead of fresh. When I made it for my family, I added corn as well.

My husband said "this is awesome, make it all the time". My preteen son said it was very good too. I skipped the olives and I did add more than 2 tablespoons of water, since it seemed a little dry at first. Surprisingly enough I used whole wheat tortillas and the guys just ate it without incident. Next time I might try low sodium taco seasoning and I might skip the chilies altogether, since I couldn't taste it and my husband just added jalapenos to his wrap anyway. I also added a dab of sour cream to the wraps. It was an easy and fast dinner. I'll do it again.
