I have made this a bunch of times and it's popular in our house, even with the spinach in it. The fun name helped my family try it the first time. I use American cheese instead of the Cheddar cheese and I use more than a 1/4 cup. If you make it though, be careful because it often runs over in the oven. Maybe put your pie plate on foil or a cookie sheet.
