Keep a Ziploc bag in the freezer for overripe bananas. No need to peel just place in bag until ready to use.

My daycare kids don't like these. Neither do I. They are bland and heavy. I tried the one bowl banana muffins from the Dec/Jan 2011 Providers Voice. Those were great. Tastes more like banana bread, very quick to make. The kids loved them.

I thought they would be similar to banana bread but they seemed to be missing flavor. I can see why the other review said the kids liked them with PB!

I tried this recipe because I always seem to have bananas around that are overripe. My group of kids loved them, especially with peanut butter.
