IFIC Pancakes
1 pancake is 2 Tablespoons IFIC for Infants
1 egg(s)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. iron fortified infant rice, oatmeal or multigrain cereal
1/2 c. flour
Beat egg, add remaining ingredients. Beat with spoon until only small lumps remain. Grease griddle if necessary; pour batter onto hot griddle. Turn pancakes as soon as they are puffed and full of bubbles. Freeze and remove one as needed.
