Breakfast Banana Splits

 







   Serving Size:
1 banana split provides a 1/2 cup fruit and 1 oz grain for a 3-5 year old at breakfast.

 

   Yield:
6 banana splits

 


 

Ingredients:

6 medium banana(s)
1 1/2 cups any flavor yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)
2 cups any flavor granola

Directions:
Cut bananas in half crosswise and then lengthwise. Place 4 pieces of banana in each dish. Top each banana with 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup granola.
