1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)1/4 cup milk1 cup sliced or diced strawberries1 cup blueberries1 cup raspberries1/4 cup walnuts, optional
In a medium bowl, mix oats, yogurt and milk. Cover and refrigerate for 6-12 hours (overnight is best). Add fruit and mix gently. Scoop 3/4 cup into small dishes. Add walnuts if desired.
